Eligibility

Student must:

• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident or an individual who meets residency requirements to receive federal student aid
• Be enrolled (full-time or part-time at Palo Alto College and must have Palo Alto College designated as home institution
• Be enrolled at Palo Alto College with the intention of completing a certificate or associate’s degree and transferring to a 4-year program of study

And

Must meet at least ONE or more of the following requirements:

• Be a first - generation student as defined by the Department of Education (neither parent has completed a bachelor’s degree);
• May have a documented physical, psychological, or learning disability; or
• Meet federal income guidelines
