Experience:
I have been teaching at NVC since 2008 and have 23 years of teaching experience. I have participated in several artist in residence programs that include: The Association of Icelandic Visual Artists (SÍM), International Ceramic Studio in kecskemét, Hungary, and the Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, Montana.
Bio:
I have been teaching college art since 2002 and have worked at NVC since 2008. I am trained in art, but I am serving as chair of the social science department currently. I like fishing and backpacking, cooking, traveling, and all kinds of art and music. I try to spend a week in Big Bend in the winter and 2 weeks in Yellowstone each year! I have a young husky/Tibetan mastiff I am training right now.

Advisor to the cancer support club on campus member of the national conference on the education of the ceramic arts.
