SOBI-Strategies of Behavioral Intervention Report Form is available to those who wish to report concerning behavior.
If you have a concern about a student, you are encouraged to notify the appropriate personnel by clicking the SAC Cares link here.
When completing this form, please include your name and contact information and provide as much detailed information regarding the incident as possible. Although anonymous reports may be submitted, we encourage you to include your contact information so that we may follow up with you for any further information or clarification that may be necessary.
Once an Incident Report has been received, it will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken. This may include contacting the student, you (the reporter), and any witnesses you have identified. College disciplinary records are protected by a federal privacy law called the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. If you have any questions concerning the SOBI Incident Report Form or the process, please contact the Division of Student Success at 210-486-0906 or visit Student Conduct.
