Academic Success Orientation (ASO)

Orientation is for any student below a 2.0 GPA - Any amount of college credits

Please note this does not apply to students placed on Academic Dismissal, no orientation required. Students on Academic Dismissal must complete the NLC Academic Dismissal Petition Process.

Orientation provides students with the opportunity to:

• Understand the resources available to help improve academic progress

Have the below information ready when selecting your ASO Group Advising session:

• Student ACES Username (EX: jsmith14)
• Your Nine Digit Student Banner ID (will start with the number 9)
